Example instructions

  • Place disconnect, CB1 (line 10), CB6 (line 8), and power supply (line 20) on the top row.
  • Keep 120VAC components low in the panel and away from analog inputs.
  • Bottom area preference: line 16 PDB, line 1 relay module, line 12 + line 24 contactor/overload group, line 14 red terminals.
  • Keep PLC slice components grouped (except line 1), top row preferred, second row acceptable.
  • Place line 15 terminal blocks near PLC for DI/AI wiring from right side entry.
  • Use 35mm DIN rail layout with duct around outside and between rails; 1x2" duct is sufficient.
  • Maintain ~2 inch clearance above and below terminal blocks to nearest duct where feasible.
